Genetic Epilepsy Family Conference
On Saturday May 27th, Prof Ingrid Scheffer and ERC collaborator Prof Steve Petrou teamed up with an inspiration group of families for the 'Genetic Epilepsy Team Australia' inaugural family conference. Ingrid and Steve shared insight into the 'alphabet soup' of genetic epilepsies, and the emerging pathways for precision medicine. They were joined by medical and allied health clinicians for a day of discussions and networking with the genetic epilepsy community.
